New buildings offer flexible approach
DEVELOPER Waterstone Estates has reported a good uptake of occupiers at Waterton Park on the eastern side of Bridgend.
Situated just off the A48 from Bridgend towards Cowbridge, Waterton Park comprises five self contained three and four storey office buildings.
The final phase of Waterton Park has just been released, offering a total of 26,400 sq ft of flexible office accommodation.
